My Lord:-

In continuation of my despatch No. 151 of April 29th. last, I have the honour to transmit to Your Lordship herewith a copy of a despatch, with its enclosures, which has been addressed to the Hongkong Government by the Acting British Consul-General at Canton, on the subject of the Hung Ch'üan Fu murder case.

Mr. Campbell reports the execution of the murderer and the punishments meted out to other persons implicated in the case.
